Nelson Mandela once said “an education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” The NGO Gurukul Samaj Vikas Prabodhini came into being by keeping this very quote of Nelson Mandela as its inspiration .As the Gurukul Samaj Vikas Prabodhini is stepping into the 12th year of its existence , One thing to admit is that It is not easy to exist for 12 years !! It is indeed a fascinating journey of rising against all the odds.

Gurukul Samaj Vikas Prabodhini (G.S.V.P) is an NGO in its glorious and committed history of 12 years, it has held its commitment to excellence in the fields of education and training to outreach paramount for development of the skills among youth.

GSVP is an honest reflection of our efforts in maintaining and enhancing quality and transparency in our programs, processes and their implementation. The GSVP, from time to time, has recognized the new emerging demands of the fast advancing technological world and has regarded them by forming a strategic plan incorporating industry’s best practices.

The last five years have witnessed expansion in our infrastructure, technology, courses and other activities. We made massive construction of administrative and entrepreneur blocks, nursing courses, etc.

A thoughtful and enriching up-gradation of teaching resources and conduction of various Conferences, Seminars and workshops indicates our genuine efforts for better performance.

Timely review and up gradation of syllabi and introduction of new courses have been taken up focusing the learners’ needs. To provide an easy access of education to all, we have kept our fees very reasonable so that education is easily available to all and the maximum number of students can benefit from it.

The GSVP community is exposed to best in the realms of courses including Medical and nursing ,beauty parlor, tailoring , Motor Driving, Retail Sales, Hospitality Management under government sponsored schemes such as 

National Skill Development Corporation (Govt. of India)
Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (Govt.Of Maharashtra)
National Council For Vocational Training And Education (NCVT)

The trained students from GVSP are placed and stand testimony to the high standards of our programs and nationalism.
GSVP has also conducted workshops for the youth living in slums to provide them vocational guidance. Apart from that various workshops have been conducted in tribal areas as well.

The GSVP is substantially progressing on all the fronts. The Academic and Administrative systems of the GSVP are participative, proactive and transparent.

Recently in collaboration with UGC approved university, Distance Education we have introduced various under graduate graduate courses in G.S.V.P such as BA, B’com, etc
Our aim is to train our students to excel in their professional as well personal lives and help them to be the responsible and better citizens of this country.
