After graduation, Mr. Jitesh P Minde started working as a training Co-ordinator for some of the renowned NGO’s such as MITCON, Marathwada Pratishthan, GATI, Kherwadi Social Welfare, Global Foundation, META, Future Shark among others for living. While working with these NGOS, the idea came across my mind to establish an independent NGO and subsequently the Gurukul Samaj Vikas Ptabodhini came into being on 14th November 2008 .
Initially we faced many difficulties such as lack of funds, unavailability of necessary human resources etc. Despite facing these challenges, we remained persistent with our goal of training the indigent as well as unemployed youth and bringing the benefits of Governmental and Semi-Governmental schemes to them. We started our journey from a small 60 square feet rented apartment in the small town of Mahad in 2008. Today after 12 years of existence, I can proudly say that there are multiple training Institutes in various districts of Maharashtra under our banner.
